Parvani Diagnostics, our laboratory and clinic in Jakkur, Bengaluru, is building an online patient portal. The lab and OPD are open today. The portal is being built in stages, and you can ask to join early access.

What you will be able to do

• Book lab tests with home sample collection or a lab visit, at a time that suits you.
• Book a consultation with our OPD doctors.
• Pay online or at collection.
• Track your sample from collection to report.
• Receive and keep your reports securely online.

Smarter reports

We also plan AI-assisted features to help you understand your reports. Our pathologist and doctors stay in charge of every medical decision, and the portal never replaces your doctor.

Privacy and safety

• We ask for your consent before using your data.
• Reports are shared through secure links, and only you and authorised staff can open them.
• We are building the portal with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind.
